How do I log in to Scheduler?
You should expect to receive an initial welcome email from Scheduler detailing your account information and a link to log in. This account has been set up for you on behalf of your awarding organisation.
If you already have an account, you can log in using your username and password at: https://schedulemytests.com/
How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, select Forgot your Password? on the Scheduler log in screen.
Should you need more assistance, go to https://support.schedulemytests.com/ and complete the online form.

My personal details are incorrect in Scheduler, what do I do?
Please email your awarding organisation directly who will be able to support.
When will I get my test eligibility email?
If applicable, you will receive your eligibility email the following day after you have been made eligible. It may be possible for you to log in and book a test before that.
If you have been pre-booked onto a test, you will not receive an eligibility email but will instead receive confirmation of your pre-booked seat, including details of when you will have the opportunity to change this. If you are happy with your pre-booked seat, you don’t need to do anything.
When will I get my welcome email?
You will receive your welcome email within 48 hours of your first test booking window opening or on certain weekdays when sitting tests that are available across multiple dates and times.
Booking a test
Can I find the test centre address within the Google map area in Scheduler?
Yes, you can zoom in to the map to find your desired location. Selecting a pin will display the relevant test centre information and address, if available.
Can I sit my test from home?
If your awarding organisation has an Online test available for booking in Scheduler, this will appear in the booking process, letting you book a test to sit remotely. For more information, read ‘Booking a test’ in Booking a test.
Do I have to pay for my test?
You will be directed to pay before making final confirmation if payment is required for your test. If payment is not required, you will be able to confirm your booking without entering any payment details.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed your test booking, you will receive an email to confirm this, which provides the test date, time, location, and test centre address (if applicable).
