Finding a test booking
The Bookings > My Bookings screen displays all your past and upcoming test bookings.

Managing a test booking
To review your test booking’s details, move, or cancel your test, select Manage on the corresponding test booking card.

Moving a test booking
To move a test booking, select Move from the Manage Booking section.

Choose between an Online or In-Room booking. If the test is only available as one or the other, you are taken straight to the corresponding next step.

Moving an online test
For Online tests, choose an available date on the calendar and then press Select on an available time.

Moving an in-room test
For In-Room tests, choose whether to search for available tests By Time or By Location. A time and location must be selected regardless of which you choose first.
When choosing a booking by time, choose an available date on the calendar and then press Select on an available time.

When choosing a booking by location, you can use the filter menu to filter the available locations by Test Centres and Rooms, or use the Search locations… search box to search for matching test centres /rooms.

Press Select on an available test centre/room.

Confirming a new test booking
Review your Original Booking and New Booking details before selecting Yes, Move Booking to confirm your decision (or Cancel, if you have changed your mind).

Cancelling a test booking
Note: Not all test bookings can be cancelled manually. If you do not have the option, contact your awarding organisation.
To cancel a booking, select Cancel from the Manage Booking section.

Provide a reason for your cancellation from the Select a Reason drop-down menu.

Select Yes, Cancel My Booking (or No, Keep My Booking, if you have changed your mind).
